VanCity Labs ships all orders via Canada Post Xpresspost to ensure fast, reliable delivery across Canada. Every package is prepared with care and shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging for your privacy.

Shipping Rates
We offer tiered shipping rates based on your order total. The more you order, the less you pay for shipping:

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery via Canada Post Xpresspost takes 2-5 business days depending on your location within Canada. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather conditions. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Order Tracking
Every order includes a Canada Post tracking number, sent to your email once shipped. You can track your order in real-time on our Track Order page or directly on the Canada Post website. Tracking updates include pickup scans, transit events, and delivery confirmation.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no cannabis branding, logos, or product descriptions visible on the exterior. The return address does not reference VanCity Labs or any cannabis-related terms. Contents are vacuum-sealed for freshness and discretion.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a valid Canadian mailing address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. You must be 19 years of age or older to receive a shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking status first. If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, or if the package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with Canada Post to investigate and, if necessary, reship your order at no additional cost.
