Pricing & Availability

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will issue a full refund.

Right to Refuse Service

VanCity Labs reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we suspect fraudulent activity, age misrepresentation, resale of products, or violation of these terms.

Responsible Use

VanCity Labs is not responsible for the misuse of any products purchased from our website. All products are intended for use by adults in accordance with applicable Canadian laws. Lab Points Rewards Program

Participation in our Lab Points rewards program is subject to additional terms. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. VanCity Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Lab Points program at any time. Points balances may be adjusted in cases of refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.

Intellectual Property
