Where the name comes from

AK-47 is a strain name, built from Colombian, Mexican, Thai and Afghani lines. The hash keeps the strain's mix of sour and sweet, pressed into a slab and stamped with the rifle mark that gives it away on the shelf.

How to use it

• Crumble a little over a bowl of flower.
• Roll a pinch into a joint.
• Warm a piece between your fingers if it feels firm, then break it up.

Who it suits

If most hash puts you to sleep, AK-47 is the one to try: it keeps your head clear and social. It also pairs well with a citrus or sativa flower when you want the session to stay bright, and a small piece goes a long way at around 40% THC.
